- Para espesar nuestra crema, cocinar a fuego medio bajo y en un recipiente pequeño sacar un poco de crema líquida y mezclar con maicena o harina haciéndose una crema espesa. Y verterla en la preparación. Mezclar y después de hervir se irá espesando. Si no espesa agregar de a poquito maicena por encima y mezclar.

- Una vez espesada nuestra crema, está lista para servir. En este caso acompañé con tomate y papas al horno. Utilicé ciboulette para decorar por encima del pollo y la crema.
